My contribution was “Why and How an Anglican Covenant?” The issue appears not to be available on-line, but it is promised eventually.
Congratulations! I'd love to read it, and hope when it appears you'll post a link to it here?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Tobias. I am not surprised at all. Congratulations, too, on your invitation to preach in the big room in the big church. What an honor to be asked to preach to wardens, those often unsung heroes of the church.
ReplyDeleteCongrats, Tobias! I find your writings clear, thoughtful, prayerful, and sometimes even playful. I'm pleased others share my enthusiasm for your craft.
ReplyDeleteThat is great Tobias! Congratulations - and preaching at St John the Divine too.
ReplyDeleteGood things to good people.
Congratulations! I started my ordained ministry in the Diocese of Ohio. Polly Bond was the editor of the diocesan newspaper at that time. I am always pleased when someone whose work I enjoy, appreciate, and respect is the recipient of a Polly Bond award. Peace, Bryant Dennison
ReplyDeleteWell done and congratulations!

Congratulations Tobias!
ReplyDeleteI look forward to reading your essay as I'm still trying to sort out the implications of a possible Anglican Covenant.
congratulations Toby!!! What great news. Of course, I'm not surprised...
ReplyDeleteI am delighted to see that you are being given this recognition. You work hard on behalf of the whole community of TEC and we lean on your thoughtful, deeply informed, beautifully written essays. They are like paving stones on which we can walk forward.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations for this and all the other achievements you have listed here in recent months.
ReplyDeleteAnd particular congratulations for not letting any of it get to your head, for accepting it with pleasure, almost with surprise, gratefully, without false modesty, but without feeling that it's no more than your due.
You're a great inspiration.
