Thank you Tobias for the link. I have always voted conservative because I am a one issue voter. However, since my first vote for Reagan to my last vote with George W., I have finally realized that my issue of abortion will never be outlawed. So imagine my shock to find myself an Eco -2.38 and a Social Lib of -3.59. I realize that in my 46th year, I really am a social liberal.

    Good grief,

    Greg

  6. I'm happy to be closer to Gandhi than to Thatcher! Though I am a bit surprised to be sitting so close to you Father!

    Your political compass
    Economic Left/Right: -9.75
    Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -8.67

Heh, while we are all being amazed by our scores, I guess I should paraphrase Barry Goldwater: EXTREMISM, in the service of Left-Libertarianism, is no vice! ;-)

    [NB to Greg:

I have finally realized that my issue of abortion will never be outlawed.

Ya got that right. "No jail could hold me" . . . but you'd certainly have to TRY!

I realize that in my 46th year, I really am a social liberal.

Quoth Willow (on Buffy the Vampire Slayer): "enjoy the refreshing sanity." Though I got there a lot longer ago (and we're the same age *g*), "the last is as welcome as the first". Let's start w/ President Obama, and The Revolution to follow. Venceremos! :-D]
