I have long thought that the true difference is not between conservatives and liberals, but between those who read the Jesus stories and identify with those he spoke to, and those who read them and identify with Jesus.
ReplyDeleteAnd so there are those who happily tell us to go and sin no more, whatever their particular bug bear is at the time, and those who will not throw the first stone, whatever they might feel about the issue at hand.
