The Importance of Perspective
Quelque chose d'amusant...in Norwood
Taken from the bus
Taken from the street
I've passed by on this bus trip many times before; the newly installed bus-shelter made all the difference.
That reminds me of the restaurant we used to pass on our way to Avery Fisher. I think it is gone or the name was changed eventually. It was the Fu King.
I've never been a really good/quick homosexual in some scenarios...I had to go back three times until I got it (and that was only after reading that it must be naughty...thanks for the clue Grandmère Mimi).
Dah!
(but I do have great colorsense...well, maybe not as good as "Black Sheep" cany!
No problem, Leonardo. As I say, I've been on the bus and seen this sign any number of times. But about a month ago I was on the bus, stopped opposite the sign in very slow traffic, and I must have been sitting at just the right height to be startled by this message!
I went back to take these pictures at another time, and I'm not sure the angle on the first is quite exactly what led to the illusion in the first place...
It's right up there with Mi Suk's Chinese Restaurant that used to be right outside of Ft. Leonard Wood, or the phone listing that was in the Columbia, MO phone book back in the 1990's for "Twat, Lo Hung"...

Tobias - that is hilarious!

ReplyDeleteOuch! You are naughty, Tobias!
ReplyDeleteWe have a shop in town called T&A Nails. Do you think they do more than nails? I think they're Korean, and don't, you know, get it.
