The serious and sometimes satirical reflections of a priest, poet, and pilgrim — who knowing he has not obtained the goal, presses on in a Godward direction.
So glad you are enjoying San Francisco and Marin, had I known you were coming I would have invited you to our St Francis parish retreat at the Bishop's Ranch in Napa. We will be there on Sunday at the 11am if you haven't been committed elsewhere.
Thanks Seamus. I'm "on" tomorrow for a retreat day at Trinity, and preaching this Sunday at St John the Evangelist. Thanks for the invite, tho. This is my first visit to SF and I'm enjoying many sites. Today was the walk along the ocean from the Marina to the GG Bridge. Beautiful!
Thanks Fran, glad it brought a smile. I'll post a more representative view of the redwoods shortly...

ReplyDeleteAt first I was thinking "why is Tobias walking so fast?"
ReplyDeleteHah! That is great.
