I find it ironic that as we're being told in church to slow down and practice patience during Advent, many of us clergy types have scheduled all kinds of extra events (Sunday evening services, Wednesday evening events, etc.) that make everybody's calendars that much more full and hectic.
Did he intend it to be the Shinto of the Anglo-Saxons?
