Rome before the fall. This is really a disgrace - I simply fail to understand how anyone could do this sort of ad and still sleep at night.
I suppose that the commandment against bearing false witness is obsolete. Despicable tactics that seem to be backfiring. Good.
The thing is, I honestly believe Elizabeth Dole is a fundamentally decent human being.
Some campaign staffer persuaded her to do that ad.
Oh, how she must rue it...
