Art for the Seasons

Happy to report that one of my paintings, Walsingham Windows, has been included in the current "show" of The Episcopal Church & the Visual Arts: Venite Adoremus. All the richest blessings of this holy time of year be yours.

I remember this in progress, and it's splendid to see the completed work.

Very very very nice.

Walsingham has never meant as much to me as it does to some; Canterbury Cathedral and Little Gidding are the places I want to go. And I'm a regular Angelus and Rosary guy, so it's not that I'm allergic to the Marian thing.

But this painting really speaks; it is simply haunting...ghostly...in all that word means.
