Advent Images to Challenge and Inspire
As the curators describe the exhibit:
For this exhibition, we challenged artists to consider the Russian mystic and writer Leo Tolstoy's illustration of the idea of seeking Christ in all persons with his parable "Where Love is, There God is also." In that parable, Tolstoy tells of a cobbler who is told by God in a dream, "Martin! Ah, Martin! Look tomorrow on the street. I am coming." The cobbler met Christ in the face of all those with whom he came into contact that day.A number of the images are provocative, many of them deeply moving, and it's an honor to have the work of my hands included.
The pieces in this exhibition show the artists' vision of how we can seek and serve Christ in all persons.

This is beautiful and fitting. I would like to ask if it is possible to use this as our cover for this Wed. bulletin at the seminary dedicated to Advent III (we've gone Ambrosian/Mozarabic in season length) and World Aids Day...
Certainly, Christopher, share and share alike! Actually I first conceived of this image on W A Day a couple of years back, so this is fitting.
