UPS tells me I am to receive my "author's copies" from CPI today; that is, they shipped mid-last week. If the shipper also fulfilled all of the Amazon orders, they will probably be arriving at Amazon's shipping center about now. (I think that's how they handle books; I know some items are shipped directly from the maker, but I think books go to Amazon's warehouse first.)
I wish it were available via Kindle! I'm getting spoiled by that gadget (which came to me a week or so ago as an early birthday present); it lets me read during quick breaks at work, and that seems to be my only reading time these days.
There's a chance this might be "Kindled" down the road (an unfortunate name re books, though, given Bebelplatz!)
The only problem I foresee is a layout issue: certain sidebars run across the spread from one page to the next.
I know what you mean about snatching moments to read. I'm still trying to make my way through Bp John Robinson's very modestly sized Honest to God.
